WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
  Lifetime Warranty: For all products specifically labeled with lifetime warranty, the radiator warranty coverage includes any and all manufacture defects under normal use and service, but does NOT cover wear and tear. Lifetime warranty only applies to the original purchaser for as long as they own the vehicle and any warranty claim will require proof of purchase. We will replace parts free of charge (Shipping not included) for any reason NOT CAUSED by collision or installation, modifications, use of the products outside of its normal, customary, and intended operating conditions or physical damage. This radiator warranty applies only to those products which have been installed in accordance with accepted industry standards by a recognized professional service dealer. For example, radiators and condensers require proper coolant and distilled water mixture to be installed in the part, failure to provide proof will void the warranty. Champion Cooling Systems warrants all other Product sold for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
 
   This warranty covers any Product supplied by Champion Cooling Systems, but it does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by Champion Cooling Systems. Warranty is only extended to be enforceable only to the first purchaser at retail. Any subsequent repair or replacement claims must receive advance approval from Champion Cooling Systems prior to commencement of work. The purchaser is agreeing to provide us with the necessary and requested documentation to prove they are in compliance with the warranty once a warranty claim is initiated.
 
Warranty will be voided under the following nonexclusive conditions:
  1. The vehicle is used for commercial or fleet, governmental, off-road or racing applications.
  2. If the Product fails due to corrosion, external or internal. This includes the effects of salt-air corrosion and electrolysis from internal cooling system fluids.
  3. If in the judgment of the Champion Cooling Systems, the radiator has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions in excess of those for which such equipment was designed.
  4. A faulty vehicle engine temperature warning system.
  5. Improper installation causing damage to connection threads.
  6. If the vehicle in which the radiator has been initially installed is sold, leased or otherwise transferred. Champion Cooling Systems neither assumes, nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any obligation or liability other than as herein expressly stated. This warranty is not transferable.
 
This warranty does not cover the following items:
  1. Any product which has been repaired or altered without prior consent of the Champion Cooling Systems.
  2. Any incidental or consequential charges including those incurred by overnight lodging, towing, shipping, loss of time, meals, rentals or replacement vehicle.
  3. The effects of physical or chemical properties of the water or steam or other liquids or gases used in the radiator.
  4. Claims for engine damage caused by overheating. Warning lights and/or gauges are provided in all vehicles providing warning long before engine damage occurs.
  5. This warranty limits the remedy of repair or replacement of any defective radiators at the discretion of Champion Cooling Systems. Purchasers remedy does not include any unauthorized labor, material, or transportation charges. (All defective radiators must be returned to the original point of purchase.) THIS CONSTITUTES THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE BY CHAMPION COOLING SYSTEMS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF, HEREIN, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CHAMPION COOLING SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND DISTRIBUTOR'S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING UNITS OR PARTS.
 
Misuse of Product: Any tampering, misuse or negligence in handling or use of Product renders the warranty void. Further, the warranty is void if, at any time, Distributor attempts to make any internal changes to any of the components of the Product; if at any time the power supplied to any part of the Product exceeds the rated tolerance; if any external device attached by Distributor creates conditions exceeding the tolerance of the Product; or if any time the serial number plate is removed or defaced. OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT THAT RENDERS THIS WARRANTY VOID WILL BE DEFINED TO INCLUDE ALL OF THE POSSIBILITIES DESCRIBED IN THIS PARAGRAPH, TOGETHER WITH ANY PRACTICE WHICH RESULTS IN CONDITIONS EXCEEDING THE DESIGN TOLERANCE OF THE PRODUCT.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Shipping damages/Lost or Missing items: An RMA must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase if the item was lost or damaged during shipping. Once an RMA has been submitted we will submit a claim with the shipping carrier. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed after an RMA is submitted. The dealer or end user must maintain possession of the damage product until the shipping carrier can process the claim. An RMA submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase for shipping damages or lost item will not be approved and the distributor or end user assumes full responsibility.

Returns/exchanges: If a customer receives an incorrect part number (due to our error), ordered the wrong part, defective, a part that does not fit, is unsatisfied with the item or the item leaked, they must submit an RMA within 60 days from the date of purchase specifying the reason for the return or exchange.
If a customer received an incorrect part number (due to our error) then a call tag can be issued, and when picked up the exchange item will be shipped at no charge to the distributor, or a refund of the original purchase price, including shipping charges, will be given after the product is returned and the RMA has been approved and completed.

If we shipped the item and the RMA is within 60 days from the date of purchase then the item can be returned and exchanged or a refund of the original purchase price, including shipping charges, will be given after the product is returned and the RMA has been approved and completed. We will pay for the return shipping if the item did not fit the vehicle it was specified to fit or the radiator fails to properly cool the vehicle if the engine horsepower is below the rated cooling capacity or the radiator leaks due to a manufacturer defect. The buyer pays the return shipping if they purchased the incorrect radiator such as size or outlet positions or the radiator was purchased for a vehicle other than what it was specified to fit.

****MODIFIED/POLISHED RADIATORS: For any radiator that has been polished or modified from its original self, the seller has the right to refuse a return after the work as been completed. Should a return or partial return be allowed, it will be on a case by case basis as decided by the working manager. Any Modified radiator returned for leaking will be replaced with a NON-MODIFIED version unless the buyer pays to have the modifications performed again. The ONLY exception to this is if the leak occurs within 60 days of the original purchase date. ****
  
    If a buyer’s shipping account was used for the original shipment then their account will  be used again for the exchange shipment.
If the item was returned due to leaking then the item will need to be inspected and a warranty claim approved prior to an exchanged item being shipped or refund given.
For all RMA’s submitted after 60 days from the date of purchase we will only exchange items if the products failed and the reason for failure is covered under warranty, no refunds will be given for any RMA past 60 days from the date of purchase. Shipping for all exchanges after 60 days (if approved) is the resposibility of the customer. This applies to all distributors and end users. A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns after 60 days if managment has allowed for and exception in advance.
All items returned for reasons other than leaking must be return in its original packaging and condition.
The distributor or end user will also be responsible for any price adjustments, if any. If the cost of the exchange item is less than a credit will be issued.

American Eagle Radiator Co. warrants that distributor shall receive product free and clear of all liens and encumbrances from third party vendors and American Eagle Radiator further warrants all products to be free from defects in material or workmanship.

Returns/exchanges: If a distributor or drop shipped customer receives an incorrect part number (due to our error), defective, a part that does not fit, is unsatisfied with the item or the item leaked, the distributor must submit an RMA specifying the reason for return or exchange.

If a distributor received an incorrect part number (due to our error) then a call tag can be issued, and when picked up the exchange item will be shipped at no charge to the distributor, or a refund of the original purchase price, including shipping charges, will be given after the product is returned and the RMA has been approved and completed.

If we dropped shipped the item and the RMA is within 60 days from the date of purchase then    a call tag can be issued, and when picked up the exchange item will be shipped at no charge to the distributor or end user, or a refund of the original purchase price, including shipping charges, will be given after the product is returned and the RMA has been approved and completed.

If a pre-ship exchange is needed the distributor assumes full responsibility and will be invoiced for the exchange if the exchange is not returned within 14 days (this applies only to distributors who use our drop shipping service).
 
If a distributor ordered a pallet, dropped shipped the item to their end user, used their own shipping account with our drop shipping service or ordered the wrong part and an RMA has been submitted then the distributor, or end user, is responsible for return shipping charges. When the RMA is approved the exchange item will then be shipped, or if within 60 days of purchase the original purchase price refunded, (less shipping charges), after the returned item has been received and inspected.  If an exchange is needed before the RMA process is complete, the exchange product will need to be purchased and then refunded after the RMA has been approved and completed.

If the distributor’s shipping account was used for the original shipment then their account will  be used again for the exchange shipment.

If the item was returned due to leaking then the item will need to be inspected and a warranty claim approved prior to an exchanged item being shipped or refund given.

For all RMA’s submitted after 60 days from the date of purchase we will only exchange items if the products failed and the reason for failure is covered under warranty, no refunds will be given for any RMA past 60 days from the date of purchase.

Internationals: We will NOT drop ship any International orders for plastic aluminum product.
