Flat rate of $29.95 for radiators. Oversized radiators are $39.95. Please call for combination discount rates when purchasing over 6 items. Shipping discount of $9.95 applies to any item ordered after the first.
Shipping and Handling Policy:
- ChampionRadiators.com ships all orders FedEx ground in the lower 48 U.S. States. International shipments including Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx, or USPS depending on best rates. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to FedEx or USPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding assistance when needed. - All orders shipped within California are subject to 8.25% state sales tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total. California requires and combined shipping and handling charges to be taxed.
- We also use USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments. However there is no tracking number for these packages.
- We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day and is at our local warehouse it usually ships out same day, if it needs to be picked up from the main warehouse it may take up to two additional days to ship out. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed or called with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
- Orders are processed during standard business hours M-F, not including weekends or holidays.
- As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.
We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping & handling) for any item returned that does not fit or cool the stated HP rating within 60 days of the purchase date. If the radiator does not fit it can not be returned for a refund if it has been used. If a radiator does not cool your engine, call to arrange for a refund or possible upgrade to a larger cooling capacity radiator. The cost for expedited shipping (anything faster than ground shipping) is not refundable under any circumstances.
- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If your product is received damaged, it must be reported to us with a phone call within 48 hours of receipt so please inspect all items upon receipt even if the boxes look to be in good condiditon. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Upon completion of the claims process with the shipping carrier your replacement items will be promptly shipping out.
- If an incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it at our cost.
